I would just like to add that "Screen problems" for me started out as minor glitches, and right now my screen shows nothing but a mess of colours and thats only when it turns on. I've never been happy with this phone but this just takes the biscuit.

Hopefully I can get this repaired. I guess i was unlucky but be very aware that screen problems could lead to the problems i'm having.

Edit: I may as well comment on the other features while i had time to use them. The Music player no longer resets for me, but the phone still gets Zero coverage while the music playlist isn't loaded. The music player no longer crashes the phone but other things do and that still wipes the music library. The sound quality is about the same, The stereo widening annoys me so i wouldn't use it but the music does 'pop' from time to time.

It doesn't seem to follow a pattern or happen on the same song twice in the same place. I haven't yet tried out 9. Nd d music quality was good in 4. These settings also depend on the person, everyone wll customise the sound differently according to what they prefer. Which is the reason why these settings are there, plus depending on what heaphones it will vary with the settings. I have a Creative card 5. So yes I do customise the levels but my point about the equalizer and the first post is that if you max out all the levels it will sound rubbish.

I'm partially inclined to agree with you microwave. I say partially because i find it highly coincidental that other people and i had this issue at the exact same time ie. Just after the update and when i brought my phone in for repair at the service centre there was nothing immediatly wrong with it or seemed not to be.
